앨범 소개

저는 제 청소년기의 일들이 유령처럼 제 곁을 떠돌고 있다는 상상을 종종 합니다. 떠올리고 싶지 않아 묻어둔 기억들은 마치 잠들기 직전 생각난 무서운 이야기처럼 별안간 저를 경직시키고 각성시켜요. 정작 그 문제가 모두 해결된 삶을 살고 있는데도요.

내 주변을 떠돌고 있는 게 정말로 과거의 유령이라면 살풀이가 답이 아닐까 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 마냥 가둬두었던 시간을 솔직히 내보여야만 이 찝찝함이 끝날 것 같았어요. 지금의 나를 완성한 내 미성년을 기록해 보고자 결심한 때 비로소 앨범 작업을 시작했습니다. 결과뿐 아닌 지나온 모든 과정이, 그때 하루 더 살기로 결정했던 나를 애도하고 달래는 시간이 되길 바라면서요.
