앨범 소개

Les filles

사람을 마음으로 바라보면 그 사람이 지닌 소리를 들을 수 있다. 그 사람이 갖고 있는 색을 볼 수 있으며 그 사람의 우주 속 온기를 느낄 수 있다. 이는 그 사람의 외형보다는 그 사람의 삶 깊은 곳으로부터 풍겨 나오는 영혼의 분위기에 매료되는 것과 같다.
작년 가을 프랑스 친구들과 제주도 여행을 다녀왔다. 4박 5일간의 여행 속에서 살아 숨 쉬는 젊음의 생기를 되찾을 수 있었다. 삶의 온기를 다시 느낄 수 있었으며 자연의 숨결을 만끽할 수 있었다. 자연과 친구들 사이에서 세상을 다시 되돌아볼 수 있는 시간을 가졌다. 친구들의 여행 텐션과 에너지 때문에 여행 중간 과로사를 할 뻔했던 것을 제외하면 모든 순간들이 인생에서 기억될 값진 여행이었다. (마치 이상한 나라의 앨리스가 4명으로 환생했다면 이런 기분이었을까 싶었다)
여행의 모든 순간들을 영상으로 기록했다. 기록들을 중심으로 틀을 잡고 내가 느꼈던 감정과 생각들을 담아 앨범으로 만들었다. 친구들을 통해 보고 느꼈던 세상을 각 계절과 깊은 사랑에 빠진 구름의 마음에 빗대어 표현했다. 각 테마 별로 내가 친구들을 통해 보았던 세상과 계절의 향기를 담았고 이를 기념하고자 곡들의 이름을 친구들의 이름으로 지었다. 친구들의 이름을 담은 4곡 외에 ‘여자아이들’이라는 의미의 타이틀곡 ‘Les filles’는 이들의 앨리스 같은 용맹함과 늘 힘찬 도전 정신에 대한 찬사를 노래로 표현한 곡이다. 항상 언제 어디서든 당당하고 힘찰 이들의 삶과 도전에 무한한 응원과 사랑을 보내며 이 앨범 소개 글을 바친다.

If you look at a person with your heart, you can hear the sound that person has. You can see the color that person has and feel the warmth of that person's universe. It is like being fascinated by the atmosphere of the soul that emanates from the depths of the person's life rather than the person's appearance.
Last fall, I went on a trip to Jeju Island with my lovely French friends. I was able to regain the vitality of youth in the 5 days trip. I could feel the warmth of life again and enjoy the breath of nature. I had time to look back at the world with nature and my friends. Except for the fact that I almost died from overwork due to the travel pace and energy of my friends, every moment was a valuable trip that will be remembered in my life. (I wondered what it would have been like if Alice in Wonderland had reincarnated as four people)
All the moments of the trip were recorded on video. I framed it around the records and made an album containing the emotions and thoughts I felt. The world that I saw and felt through my friends was expressed by comparing the feelings of clouds in deep love with each season. Each theme contains the scent of the world and seasons that I saw through my friends, and to commemorate this, I named the songs with the names of my friends. In addition to the four songs with the names of friends, the title song 'Les filles', which means 'girls', is a song that expresses their tribute to their Alice-like courage and strong challenging spirit. I dedicate this album to my dear friends Anais, Irina, Emma and Flora by sending infinite support and love to their lives and challenges of those who are always confident and strong anytime, anywhere.
