앨범 소개

다양한 이유로 지독하게 무기력한 나날이 지속될 때가 있다. 나의 경우, 그 상태를 넘어설 수 있게 하는 것은 거창한 계획이나 원대한 목표 설정으로 얻는 일시적인 동기부여가 아니라 매일의 소소한 성취와 그것이 주는 조그만 행복들이었다. 앞으로도 지속 가능한 하찮은 일을 해내며 나를 크게 칭찬할 것이다. 나는 오전에 일어나기, 이불 정리하기, 밥 챙겨 먹기, 먹고 바로 설거지하기 등을 매일 할 수 있는 멋진 사람이다!

There are times when days of extreme helplessness persist for various reasons. In my case, what allowed me to overcome that state was not the temporary motivation gained from grandiose plans or ambitious goals but the small daily achievements and the happiness they brought. I will continue to compliment myself greatly for accomplishing sustainable menial tasks. I can wake up in the morning, make my bed, eat a proper meal, and wash the dishes right after eating every day. How awesome is that!
