Life is full of changes: some exciting, others scary, and most a combination of both. Having a baby is the biggest change I’ve experienced, and this album was inspired by my reflections on who I was before, and who I became after. Although a lot is different, some things remain the same. I hope these songs can keep you company in whatever before & after’s you’re going through.
