《Mantra Bubbles》는 다르마 아티스트 남카 칸드로의 첫 번째 만트라 앨범이다.
고대의 진언을 현대적인 사운드 감각으로 풀어낸 사운드 명상 작품으로,
정화와 치유,균형의 회복이라는 흐름을 담고 있다.

앨범은 티벳 불교의 대표적인 정화와 힐링 만트라

백자진언(Vajrasattva), 약사여래(Medicine Buddha), 무량수불(Amitayus)만트라로 구성되었다.

타이틀 트랙 〈Ah Bubbles〉는
백자진언의 정화의 힘과 근원적인 공성의 소리 ‘아(Ah)’의 울림을 통해
몸과 마음,그리고 붙잡고 있던 모든 것을 비워낸다.

이어지는 힐링 블루스는 약사여래(Medicine Buddha)만트라로
라피스 라줄리 빛깔의 푸른 치유의 에너지로
지친 몸과 마음을 부드럽게 어루만진다.

마지막으로 수록된 무량수불(Amitayus) 만트라는
지·수·화·풍·공의 에너지 결핍을 채우고 정화하며,
삶의 깊은 곳에서부터 생명력과 균형을 회복하도록 이끈다.

《Mantra Bubbles》는
특정 종교의 틀을 넘어,

소리로 몸과 마음을 정화하는 힐링 버블 목욕처럼
삶의 즐거움과 고통마저
물거품처럼 바라볼 수 있는 시각을 열어준다.

Album Description | Mantra Bubbles

〈〈Mantra Bubbles〉〉 is the first mantra album by Dharma artist Namkha Khandro.
It is a sound meditation work that reinterprets ancient mantras through a contemporary sonic sensibility, following a flow of purification, healing, and the restoration of balance.

The album is composed of three representative Tibetan Buddhism mantras:
the Hundred-Syllable Mantra of Vajrasattva, the Medicine Buddha mantra, and the Amitayus mantra.

The title track “Ah Bubbles” combines the purifying power of the Vajrasattva mantra with the primordial, empty-nature sound “Ah,” inviting a moment of complete release—of body, speech, mind, and everything we have been holding onto.

The following track, "healing blues" based on the Medicine Buddha mantra, carries a lapis-lazuli blue energy that gently soothes tired bodies and weary minds.

The final track, the Amitayus mantra, replenishes and purifies the energies of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, guiding the listener toward a deeper restoration of vitality and balance.

Mantra Bubbles goes beyond the boundaries of any single religion, offering an experience like a healing bubble bath of sound, where both the pleasures and pains of life can be seen as fleeting bubbles—rising, dissolving, and gently letting go.
